Your Talent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear, with a results-driven record.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, preferably in a commission-based role, with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, reaching, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with frequent movement and environmental awareness.
  • Use of senses such as speaking, hearing, near & far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision is essential.
  • Basic skills in reading, math, writing, problem-solving, and computer use are required.
Your Mission
  • Achieve or surpass sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through excellent customer service.
  • Deliver high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA’s brand values.
  • Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention education and ensure operational compliance.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to management.
  • Assist in store openings or closings, with travel as needed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, operate POS systems, and ensure proper discounts.
  • Execute merchandise handling and maintain visual standards according to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety, reporting issues promptly.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary.
