Your Talent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear, with a proven results-driven record.
  • Ability to exceed sales goals, provide excellent customer service, reason through complex issues, and communicate effectively.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 30 pounds, including the use of ladders and other equipment.
  • Use of senses such as speaking, hearing, and vision is essential.
  • Basic cognitive skills including reading, math, writing, problem-solving, and computer use are required.
Your Mission
  • Achieve or surpass sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain high customer experience standards aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values.
  • Complete all required training programs.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention education and ensure operational compliance.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities and participate in store openings/closings, with possible travel.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain visual and physical store standards.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards, including working non-traditional hours as needed.
