Our Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within multiple business channels (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location, including but not limited to:

• Engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results
• Building relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
• Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
• Encouraging and participating in team selling to meet store sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Handling cash register operations at the point of sale

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, with frequent bending, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and distinguishing fabric patterns and colors

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50/hr. Compensation considers skills, background, and experience, and varies by market location and applicable wage laws.
