Maurices is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Store 4110-Quinte Mall in Belleville, ON. You will deliver an unforgettable shopping experience by guiding customers through our brand experience and helping them build outfits with confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product and contribute to omni order fulfilment in-store and curbside.

Position Overview

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

Location: Store 4110-Quinte Mall-maurices-Belleville, ON K8P 3E1 Position Type: Regular/Part time Pay Range: Hourly: $17.60 - $17.80 Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and province requirements.
