About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you are a vital part of our team, bringing our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers through excellent service to foster brand loyalty. You will use your product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers with their wardrobe needs. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will deliver a top-tier customer experience across all channels.

  • Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
  • Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
