Job summary

Paradies Lagardere is hiring a Sales Associate in Edmonton to provide First Class Service to customers and maintain a welcoming store environment. You may handle sales floor duties or support functions, delivering a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires greeting customers, selling products, and working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Completion of a CATSA background check is required.

Position Description Summary

• A Sales Associate is responsible for daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes providing First Class Service to both internal and external customers.
• The Sales Associate may perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support function.
• This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Demonstrate selling ability in a fast paced, service-oriented retail setting.
• Demonstrate ability to greet, sell, and thank the customer.

• Computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
