Job summary

La Vie en Rose in British Columbia is hiring a temporary, part-time sales associate to assist customers and maximize sales in a fast-paced lingerie and swimwear store. You will greet guests, explain products, help during fittings, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Under store management, you’ll aim to meet personal sales goals, handle transactions at the register, keep the store clean, and stay attentive to new products.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store.
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer questions, explain products, and suggest others.
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room.
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (training will help).
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience.
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore.
• Be on the lookout for new products to share top picks with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Respect and apply policies of head office departments; perform other duties as needed.
