Job summary

Old Navy Canada is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers and deliver an omni-channel, first-class experience. You’ll educate shoppers, build loyalty, and work with leadership to hit store goals while staying flexible with schedules, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping customers find the right styles and fits. Engage with customers, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive team culture.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.
