Your Talent
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a customer service-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner
- Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly
Your Mission
- Provide high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards
- Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through excellent customer service
- Accurately process sales transactions efficiently and securely
- Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise effectively
- Adhere to all Policies & Procedures, operational competencies, and key responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both staff and customers
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
