About Our Teams

Our large stores require all hands (or paws, wings, fins) on deck to operate efficiently. We offer multiple shifts across early morning, day, and evening hours. As a sales associate, you may be cross-trained in:

• Customer Service: Creating genuine connections with pet parents, welcoming them and their pets, facilitating checkouts, and ensuring they find what they need.
• Pet Care: Ensuring the safety and health of all live pets, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals, and providing tailored advice to pet parents.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Assisting customers in finding products, executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
