Job summary

Kilborn’s on the Rideau is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in Newboro, Ontario. In this role, you will assist customers, maintain displays, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience in a community-oriented environment. Previous retail experience preferred.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our Kilborn’s team. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries and purchases, maintain attractive displays, process transactions, and help create a positive, friendly shopping experience.

· Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Organized, attentive, and able to work independently

· Basic math and computer skills

· Flexible and willing to support additional Stirling Lodge departments when needed
