Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate assists airline employees with their uniform requirements; being fitted into the correct uniform size, ordering, employee order pickups and returns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Measure and fit airline employees into their correct garment and uniform sizes.
- Work with airline employees to understand their needs and recommend best solutions and professional fitting uniform pieces.
- Prepare airline employees fitting schedules and arrange by work groups.
- Assist employees with order placement by customer website.
- Assist employees with order pickups including retrieving package from the receiving area, and login on the pickup log for employees to sign for.
- Assist employees with order returns, including helping customers with process returns through the website, logging into the internal return file and preparing for the shipment back to the distribution center.
- Respond to employee questions or concerns in person, over the phone and by email.
- Keep apprised and be knowledgeable of products, services and uniform program policies and processes.
- Order shipping and receiving, labeling items, sorting and moving boxes and arranging skids in accordance with Unisync material handling policy and procedure.
- Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and warehouse; assist with cleaning and organization of items when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education:
- Completion of Secondary School.
- 6 months of Customer Service or Retail Experience / working directly with the public.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Verbal and written communication skills. Active listening and talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Ability to speak clearly in English.
- Service Orientation – actively looking for ways to help people.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Telephone and Email Etiquette.
- Attention to Detail, being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Cooperation, being pleasant with others and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
- Self-Control, maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations.

Working Conditions, Physical Effort and Environment:
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50lbs.
- Reaching, bending, pushing, pulling boxes up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
