Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to offer personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring a positive experience. Providing exceptional customer service is our top priority.
• Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets. Develop your retail sales skills and learn about our product range.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and being on your feet most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Skechers’ latest products to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service in an entry-level retail setting.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling cashier responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
