ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success in an entry-level retail role. This position offers growth potential and a flexible schedule. SEASONAL PART TIME PRODUCT SPECIALIST
HOURLY PAY: $20.00

Responsibilities
  • What you will do:
    • Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure a positive shopping experience.

    • Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product offerings.

    • Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. The role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and being on your feet during shifts.

    • Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers leave with a positive final impression.

    • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers products and share details to improve the customer experience and sales.

    • Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • What we need from you: Eager to deliver excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role; driven to meet and exceed sales goals; reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier duties.

  • Schedule: Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and urgency.

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus but not essential.

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
