Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our Liverpool FC team as Retail Sales Advisors at our Swords Store in Dublin. We’re looking for passionate customer service enthusiasts who enjoy working as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible standard of the customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store.

What will you be doing?

1. Dealing with customer sales and refunds, focusing on customer care and experience.
2. Processing cash and card payments at the till.
3. Building product knowledge to advise and guide customers on product selection.
4. Driving sales through upselling, increasing AVS, UPT, and conversion rates.
5. Managing stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
6. Receiving and storing stock deliveries.

Who are we looking for?

Applicants should have recent retail and customer service experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team. Retail or customer service qualifications are advantageous. Flexibility to work varied hours is required.

This role is a fixed-term contract for 4 months, working 8 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. The primary location is our Swords store in Dublin.
