Location: Purolator Thunder Bay - 140, Main Street

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (may include Saturdays) 13:00-18:00

25 hours per week guaranteed

Wage: $20.24 per hour

Description
  • Serving customers efficiently and courteously via phone and in person
  • Upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Problem solving and resolving shipment issues
  • Addressing equipment and technology challenges
  • Collaborating with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, and building tenants
  • Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges using technology
  • Loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues
  • Cash reconciliation including deposits and key control
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders
