Job summary

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) in Nelson, BC, is seeking a part-time on-site Merchandiser. You will set up displays, follow planograms, stock shelves, and install signage. Hours are casual with a typical Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility.

You will report via online updates, build client relationships, and use imaging apps to collect data. A valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle is essential; prior grocery/retail merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Nelson, BC and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Experience merchandising in grocery, drug store or big box retailers.
• Able to read and execute planograms.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle.
• Strong smartphone and imaging app proficiency.
• Professional, reliable and proactive.
• Flexible, with casual hours and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products per planograms.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to client branding standards.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and properly arranged for customers.
• Install signage and perform additional merchandising tasks as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients as a company representative.
