Description

Based at Kelowna Retail - Supporting Kelowna Depot

25 hrs per week, between 11am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts may include weekends and vary. Flexibility required.

Compensation: $20.92 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, including up-selling and cross-selling products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, and resolve problem shipments and equipment/technology challenges.
• Collaborate with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure exceptional service.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts.
• Assist customers with shipping details and account issues, including loading, scanning, and logging freight.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for three-hour intervals.

Qualifications

• 3-12 months of customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Experience with technology and POS systems preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Personal responsibility, accountability, and adherence to safety and company policies.
• Experience working independently and in teams is an asset.
