Position Summary

The Sales Support is a self-motivated, energetic team player supporting the Territory Manager for a national retail account. Responsibilities include servicing stores, developing relationships with store managers and department associates, and maintaining in-store bays daily.

Responsibilities

• Weekly visits to Home Depot stores, servicing high-volume stores once per week as directed by the Regional or Territory Manager (up to 14 stores over two weeks).
• Maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stock quantities on shelves, and providing suggested orders if stock is required.
• Providing images and feedback on store visits to HD Bays and the local Territory Manager.
• Assisting in communication of shipments with the Pro team and contractors.
• Ensuring all Stella-Jones products are well serviced, presented, and maintained.
• Maintaining store displays, literature, and signage according to standards.
• Assisting with the return of defective or incorrectly shipped products (RTV).
• Performing other duties as required.
