Purolator is seeking a Retail Representative in Vernon, BC to assist customers in person and over the phone, delivering friendly service and accurate information. This role emphasizes upselling corporate products, handling inquiries, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth shipments.

Ideal candidates have 3–12 months of customer service or retail experience, are comfortable with POS technology, and can lift up to 70 lbs while maintaining professional communication and teamwork.

Our client, Purolator, is currently seeking a Retail Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3–12 months of experience in customer service and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

Job Title: Retail Representative
Location:Vernon, BC
Pay Range: $21.55/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday - Flexibility between 11:15AM to 5:15PM daily (25hours/week)

• Serving customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person

• Up-sellingand cross selling Corporate Products and Services

• Handling customer complaints and inquiries

• Working to resolve problemshipments

• Working with Head Office, local management, Drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and otherCorporatepartners to ensure excellence in customer service

• Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges

• Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolutionfreight

• Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control
