A Day in the Life

As a Retail Project Specialist for Maybelline New York, you'll be part of a dynamic Retail Projects Activation team of 7, reporting to the Retail Project Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Category, Commercial, and Logistics, to bring promotional activations to life.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of retail projects and promotional activations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Category, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Problem Solving: Identify challenges and propose solutions to ensure project success.
  4. Systems Management: Leverage your proficiency in systems to track, manage, and report on project progress.
  5. Detail Orientation: Ensure all project details are meticulously managed, from timelines to deliverables.
