  • Sales: Engage our customers the first time and every time. Greet, meet, and get to know our customers to meet their needs.
  • Product: Treat our shoes and accessories with care, ensuring the sales floor is displayed to company standards and beautifully presented.
  • People: Love being part of the team and treat every co-worker with respect, positivity, and camaraderie. Share positive energy and enthusiasm with every customer every day.
  • Operations: Recover, fill, stock, clean, and shift merchandise—never stop moving to ensure our store looks top-notch and inventory is well maintained.
