Responsibilities include accurate scanning, handling cash, PC Optimum enrollment, merchandising, loss prevention, and upholding health and safety rules. The role emphasizes teamwork and a positive store image.

• Provides prompt and courteous customer service at the register.
• Balances speed and accuracy in processing customer orders.
• Demonstrates organization and neatness in the checkout area.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers.
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area.
• Greets all customers and displays warm demeanor.
• Accurately scans or enters product data.
• Accurately accounts for cash and coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum.
• Asks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (facing, signing, labeling).
• Ensures loss prevention standards are followed.
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
• Presents proper image to the public per Uniform Policy and Dress Code.
• Complies with health and safety regulations and store policies.
