Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with large data sets while maintaining accuracy.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interest in business processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven process improvements.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and reconciling client portfolio data.
• Support the maintenance of operational systems and data across portfolio administration, trade management, and reporting platforms.
• Assist with quarter-end fee processing and related operational activities.
• Respond to routine inquiries from custodians and internal partners under guidance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for operations and management.
• Support account transfer processing and related documentation.
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Contribute ideas for efficiency through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
