Join us at Michaels Stores as a Retail Picture Framer at Park Place. This part-time role involves creating custom framing solutions, assisting customers, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Location: Store - TOR-BARRIE, ON

Responsibilities include:

1. Adhering to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
2. Building customer relationships using Elevated ABC Deliver and providing custom framing solutions.
3. Delivering sales and production results.
4. Completing framing orders with quality and timeliness.
5. Maintaining store areas including the ready-made frame department.
6. Providing friendly customer service and assisting shoppers.
7. Supporting shrink and safety programs.
8. Participating in stocking and truck unload processes.
9. Operating cash register and handling transactions.
10. Acknowledging customers and providing product solutions.
11. Assisting with Omni channel processes.

Minimum experience required:

• Basic computer and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Preferred experience:

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products/services to customers.

Physical requirements:

• Bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Mobility throughout the store.
• Standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy items and using ladders.

Work environment:

• Public retail setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and a frame shop with specific equipment.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
