Job summary

JYSK Canada is seeking an Operations Manager to protect assets and minimize losses through effective loss prevention policies in-store. You will support store management and instill company values and customer promises within the team and store.

Responsibilities include loss prevention, inventory counts, inventory replenishment, and compliant opening/closing procedures with security checks. Bring strong leadership, flexibility for various shifts, and a customer-service mindset to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in retail management and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The Role:

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for protecting JYSK’s assets and minimizing losses though effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in store. • Weekly ordering to ensure you have sufficient inventory
• Following proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks
