What you will do:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and maintain a professional image.
• Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
• Greet customers at the service center.
• Assist clients according to their needs.
• Complete billing processes.
• Support technicians during installation of TAG systems and repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment — health and well-being of our employees is important to us!

What you’ll need?

• A minimum of 6 months experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Willingness to commute within a 20 km radius between service centers.
