What you will do:

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience and maintain a professional image.
  • Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
  • Greet customers at the service center.
  • Assist clients according to their needs.
  • Complete billing procedures.
  • Support technicians during the installation of TAG systems and repairs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment – the health and well-being of our employees is important to us!

What you’ll need?

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service is a definite asset.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Be ready to commute from one service center to another within a radius of 20 km.
