Qualifications

About this Position

• This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating andimplementing the customer scope of work within a designated area, to provideexceptional Janitorial Services.
• You will also be responsible for increasing revenue from existing customers andmanaging a mobile workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation plans for customer(i.e. waxing schedules/, budgets, potential add on sales opportunities)
• Build strong relationships with customers and sub contractors
• Responsible for training subcontractors and employees on required legislatedtraining (WHMIS, Health & Safety, etc.) and United cleaning specifictraining
• Lead all process initiatives and work with senior management to identify trendsand process gaps.
• Analyze and control store budgets, monitor expenses for operations and developstrategies to decrease costs and increase profitability at store level
• Implement transitions of new business in customer locations in compliance withtransition process
• Support in Hiring/Recruitment/Training/Performance Management/Termination ofsubcontractors
• Work in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation

Job Requirements

• Available to address customer and subcontractor needs and concerns in atimely manner
• Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotation basis including evenings andnights
• Willing to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced & high stress environment and solveproblems effectively
• Valid driver’s licence and good driving record
