Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and improve shopping experiences. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and help maximize sales opportunities across assigned stores.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising or planogram experience, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation to travel locally within your territory. Hours are Monday–Thursday with no nights or weekends, offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience.
• Able to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of recording work using a smartphone or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting and training.
