Marketsupport Canada is hiring a part-time Retail Merchandiser to service Sudbury, ON. The role offers a flexible schedule (approximately 15–25 hours per month) and travel to local retailers to service national brands.

You will support merchandising tasks, set up planograms, build displays, stock shelves, and provide feedback through our reporting app. Strong organization, self-motivation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Access to smartphone or tablet (Android/iOS) and home computer with Wi‑Fi.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile.
• May lift 15–50 lbs; steel toe shoes may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to local retailers to perform merchandising assignments for national brands.
• Implement planograms, build/maintain displays, stock/tidy shelves, audit activities.
• Take pictures and provide feedback via our reporting app.
• Complete scheduled assignments efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Map and manage your territory based on deadlines and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.

We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to service our Sudbury, ON territory (approx 15-25 hours per month). As a Merchandiser for Marketsupport, you will:

• Travel to various local retailers (grocery, drug, big box, home, hardware, gas, convenience) to perform merchandising assignments for nationally recognized brands.
• Provide merchandising services, such as: implementing planograms, building /maintaining displays, selling-in additional displays/products, installing POP, stocking / tidying shelves, auditing, etc.
• Take pictures and provide detailed and constructive feedback through our reporting App.
• Complete all scheduled assignments efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and map out your territory based on deadlines and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Available to work during daytime, hours M-F approx 8am - 6pm.
• Ability to manage a small local territory and dedicated to completing all assignments.
• Can roll with the punches and handle a diversity of tasks to complete.
• Comfortable discussing, promoting and selling additional products.
• Comfortable speaking with Store Managers to review, replenish and place orders for specific Clients.
• Smart phone / computer savvy.
• Self-motivated, independent worker and a problem solver.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to build positive relationships.

Requirements for the position:

• Access to smartphone or tablet (Android / Apple) and home computer with Wi-Fi.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable automobile.
• May be required to lift 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• May occasionally require steel toe shoes.Retail merchandising experience is a plus.

• Competitive hourly wage between $18.00 - $18.75 (based on experience), plus mileage reimbursement (when applicable).
