Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to service our Steinbach, MB territory. The role is 5-15 hours per month with an August start date. Travel to local retailers, take photos, provide feedback via the reporting app, and complete assignments on time.

Build relationships with store staff and manage a small local territory. Ideal candidates are smartphone/computer savvy, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable discussing and promoting products.

• Complete all scheduled assignments efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and map out your territory based on deadlines and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Expected start date for this role: August 17-24th, 2026

As a Merchandiser for Marketsupport, you will:

• Travel to various local retailers (grocery, drug, big box, home, hardware, gas, convenience) to perform merchandising assignments for nationally recognized brands.
• Take pictures and provide detailed and constructive feedback through our reporting App.
• Complete all scheduled assignments efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and map out your territory based on deadlines and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Can roll with the punches and handle a diversity of tasks to complete.
• Comfortable discussing, promoting and selling additional products.
• Smart phone/ computer savvy.

Requirements for the position:

• Access to smartphone or tablet (Android/ Apple) and home computer with Wi-Fi.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable automobile.
• May be required to lift 15lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• May occasionally require steel toe shoes.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
