The role emphasizes merchandising, receiving, and adherence to store standards, with flexible shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Planning, judgement and decision making required.
• Efficiency, organization and neatness essential.
• Ability to cope with changing sales floor situations.
• Cash handling accuracy and efficiency when processing customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Expert in inventory, placement and expiry dates across assigned areas.
• Maintain Store Standard for image and trends in-store.
• Ensure product displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'.
• Receive merchandise per policies and keep backroom neat and organized.
• Complete proper documentation for receiving and return of goods.
• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations and loss prevention policies.
