What You'll Do

There is a variety of responsibilities including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key duties include:

• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates with management collaboration.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence.
• Coordinating and driving the timely movement of merchandise to ensure an appealing sales floor.
• Creating inspirational displays to influence sales and trends, and supporting store branding strategies.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1-2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Excellent Customer Service skills and technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
