What You'll Do

There’s a variety of responsibilities, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to associates collaboratively with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and maintaining visual appeal and presentation standards.
• Contributing to sales and trend influence through creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, aligning with store strategies.

What You'll Need

Qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Exceptional customer service skills, including technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
