What You'll Do

You'll contribute to various store functions such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting high-quality customer service and maintaining operational standards
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and guiding Associates with management collaboration
• Training and developing staff on merchandise presentation and customer service
• Enhancing the shopping experience through merchandise coordination and visual displays
• Creating inspiring displays to influence sales, trends, and brand strategy

What You'll Need

Qualifications include:

• 1-2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and active listening skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to maintain a warehouse environment
