Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience.
• Meat cutter certification preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Able to work in refrigerated environment (7°C) or in the freezer.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle 10–70 lb weights safely.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Availability: days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise, price, and display packaged meat and value-add items.
• Assist Meat Manager with ordering and maintaining standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the department.
• Respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
