Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of 15 people
2. Manage store employee’s performance through coaching and counseling
3. Supervise and train employees to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
4. Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and maintained
5. Problem solve and provide great customer service
6. Managing the day-to-day store operations

Requirements:

1. All applicants must be able to work full-time, with a flexible schedule
2. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
3. At least 2 to 3 years of retail management experience
4. Proven record of excellent customer service with an emphasis on long term customer relationships
5. Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs – the most important KPI is customer satisfaction
6. Great attention to detail
