Harvard Developments Corporation has an immediate opening for a Retail Maintenance Assistant to join the Property Management team in Edmonton and be accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience within its portfolio.

This position is best suited to a self-starter with an aptitude for customer service to deliver an exceptional customer experience and for outdoor physical maintenance work, who has practiced motor skills, communicates with high proficiency in the English language and possesses basic computer literacy. No accreditation is required, although candidates with basic safety training in first aid, CPR, and WHMIS would be an asset.

Things you may have:

  1. A desire to assist others, along with a superior service orientation;
  2. Excellent verbal & basic written communication skills;
  3. Strong interpersonal & team-building skills;
  4. A mechanical inclination, preferably with experience in a property management setting.
