Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store in Toronto. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior staff, drive daily sales, organize merchandise, oversee shipments, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to Upsell, and a commitment to Clarks brand standards while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. A flexible schedule and commitment to store goals are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
• Capable of organizing stock and ensuring store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper placement of product.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Uphold Clarks brand standards and loss prevention policies.
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
