As a Key Holder, you will support delivering the sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager, including acting as manager on duty when scheduled, to address customer service, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
  2. Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  3. Lead and model selling and customer experience standards.
  4. Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
  5. Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  6. Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and gathering customer phone and email information.
  7. Perform opening and closing routines, including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpreting/disseminating company directives.
  8. Maintain policies and procedures.
  9. Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed.
Qualifications
  1. Preferably an existing sales associate aspiring to a management role.
  2. Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  3. Demonstrated selling and operational results.
  4. Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak shifts.
  5. Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
