Job description

Job Title: Key Holder

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

The ideal candidate will leverage outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized customer service and meet sales and customer service targets.

You will also utilize your retail and cash handling experience to perform essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliations and will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

1. Display product knowledge and enhance customer experience.
2. Provide leadership support and assist in store operations when managers are unavailable.
3. Understand store sales plans and company goals to help drive sales and improve key performance indicators.
4. Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation, opening, and closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Skills in staffing, planning, people management, performance management, and strategic planning.

Education, Experience, and Licensing

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management preferred.
• Industry and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Legal right to work in the country, proof required upon interview.
