Job description

  • Lead all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a large team ofincluding two Sales Directors, a Warehouse Manager, and a Sales Administration team.
  • Implement and drive strategic sales initiatives, fostering an environment of design expertise and consultative selling.
  • Oversee merchandising, product presentation, and showroom layout to enhance customer engagement.
  • Coordinate warehouse, logistics, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations and seamless fulfillment.
  • Create a culture of excellence, continuously training and inspiring the team to exceed customer expectations.
