Role Overview

As a Retail Fulfillment Associate, you will support the retail wholesale team’s operations. Reporting to the Logistics and Inventory Lead, your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

1. Processing purchase orders, including inventory pulling, labeling, packaging, counting, and preparing items for shipment.
2. Ensuring products meet quality standards.
3. Receiving and storing inventory related to wholesale orders (both outsourcing and in-house products).
4. Verifying that item information matches work orders.
5. Performing other related tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously without errors.
• Effective time management to complete all orders within designated timeframes.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Experience using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• A genuine passion for the power of stickers.
