Job summary

Talize is hiring at our Windsor, Ontario location. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable teammate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced thrift store environment.

You’ll help customers, manage POS transactions, restock and organize merchandise, and support store operations with a positive, team-first attitude. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional.
• Cash handling or POS familiarity a plus.
• Retail or thrift experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Handle register transactions, refunds, and tax exemptions.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Support events and promotions and restock shelves.
• Open/close duties and assist with donations.
