Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Representatives across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on credit card products, and guide them toward the best fit while delivering a standout on-site experience.

Join a people-first team with onboarding and coaching, a base wage plus uncapped commission, and flexible scheduling across Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm. Full-time or part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable with sales goals and targets.
• Willing to work across multiple store locations.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way.
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.
