Astadaily is seeking a personable Retail Field Sales Representative to visit stores across Toronto, build relationships with managers and staff, and support our wellness brands. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with regular store visits to enhance product education and retailer partnerships.

The position emphasizes independent planning, travel to retail locations, and opportunities to grow in account management while supporting events for our parent company Iconthin Biotech.

Role Summary

Astadaily® is a Canadian consumer wellness and CPG brand specializing in premium natural astaxanthin supplements. Backed by the scientific expertise of Iconthin Biotech , we develop thoughtfully formulated products to support everyday wellness.

We are looking for an approachable, proactive Retail Field Sales Representative to build store relationships and support our retail partners.

You will visit stores, introduce products, follow up with retail teams and coordinate with distributors. This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, explaining products clearly and providing reliable support after the first conversation.

Responsibilities

Visit existing and prospective retail accounts.

Build relationships with store owners, managers, buyers and staff.

Introduce Astadaily products and follow up on inquiries and account needs.

Coordinate with distributors on store visits and retail opportunities.

Support product education and staff training using approved materials.

Check product availability, shelf presentation and promotional materials.

Follow up on orders and help coordinate replenishment through the appropriate channel.

Support approved in-store activities, promotions and retailer events.

Gather retailer feedback and share useful observations with the team.

Maintain accurate visit notes, account records and follow-up schedules.

Support related events and projects at our parent company, Iconthin Biotech, when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in field sales, retail sales, account management or a related customer-facing role.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence starting conversations with new contacts.

Clear communication and a service-oriented approach.

Good organization and consistent follow-through.

Ability to plan store visits and work independently.

Interest in wellness and consumer products.

Experience with supplements, natural health retail or CPG is an asset.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for store visits.

Availability for occasional travel and retailer events.
