Job summary

Pop's Cannabis Co. in Hamilton is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to open and close the store, supervise staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will maintain store presentation, assist cashiers, and escalate issues to store managers. Proficiency with sales software and knowledge of alarm systems are expected, along with a Provincial Cannabis Certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in retail.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close retail store, including activating and deactivating alarms.
• Greet and assist customers with exemplary conduct.
• Provide high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist with onboarding, training and education of team members.
• Maintain high standards of service and store policies.
