Store - TOR-BARRIE, ON

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Perform truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery duties to maintain store standards and deliver our Brand Promises.

1. Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
2. Provide a quick and friendly checkout experience; handle cash transactions according to standards
3. Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
7. Complete merchandise recovery, returns, and store recovery to ensure stock availability and presentation
8. Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives
10. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance and safety
11. Maintain respectful interactions with team members and customers; promote a positive store environment
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Experience Requirements

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Stand for extended periods
• Move throughout the store, including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladders or similar equipment
• Work in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas, including outdoor work
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
