USA District Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND KEY MEASURES

Department – Retail Operations

Location – USA

Reports to - State Manager

POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:

The District Manager position is responsible for achieving sales growth compared to last year by providing an outstanding customer experience in all stores through:

  • Effective store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilizing reports available, and set clear objectives to meet Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
  • Ensure communication through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, aiming to coach and develop your team.
  • Recruit passionate, customer-focused team members to develop and implement a succession plan through Lovisa.
  • Reduce unnecessary costs through effective rostering—placing the right people at the right times.
  • Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring store managers and staff follow the Lovisa Security Manual and loss prevention best practices.
  • Be flexible and willing to travel interstate and/or internationally based on business needs.
